Postage and returns
Personalisation
We strive to produce a range of persoanlised gifts to a high standard. All persoanlisation on albums and guest books is copied and pasted, so please take a few seconds to double check that all personalisation is spelt correctly.
Postage
We are working on including postage costs into our items for all those to be delivered in the UK, however at the moment it is worked out on percentage according to cost of items. We are more than willing to offer discounts on large orders.
Delivery
Currently we are able to despatch all goods with in 10 days, however if you require an item urgently then please contact us.
Payment
You can pay through Paypal, which is a secure method safe way to make your payment. We must stress that we never see your personal details, plus you have full payment protection.
Alternatively you pay by post either with an uncrossed postal order, or cheque made payable to M. Storey.
If using eihther of these methods the despatch of goods will be delayed until the cheque is cleared.
Returns
In compliance with distance selling, we would not normally accept returns of personalised items.
We are willing to accept returns under the following terns
The goods were received damaged in during delivery, we would ask that you cintact us immediately and you would be asked to fill in a short form so we may claim from Royal Mail.
There was a spelling mistake on the personalisation~ howevcer we do copy and paste the information received from yourselves so this should not happen.
