Payment methods at present are via a cheque, which once cleared your goods will be despatched, also paypal. Paypal is a very secure site and they will not reveal your details. Please note you do not have to have a paypal account to use paypal, pleae look at the left hand side of the page for continue button.

Postage is by 1st class royal mail with 48 hours of payment being received unless otherwise stated . For items that are to be custom made please allow upto 7 days.
If you require them any sooner please contact us before so we may be abl to give an upto date postage status.
Returns
Please contact within 7 days of receiving you item to inform us of any faulty or damage found through transit.
Returns of earrings for health and safety purposes are not acced but any fault will be repaired and goods returned to you.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty where they will be checked and repaired before returning to you. |
